This yarn can be used in these areas as below:

1.high-end Bonded thread:Polyester Bonded thread  and nylon Bonded thread which  usded to avoid the folded yarns open and  enhance the intensity .

2.Unidirectional fabric,fix the fabric tape,avoid the slippage of the yarn .

3.Avoid the stranded rope open .

4.Fix the grid of air-condition filter.

5.Fix the cable core wire,in order to prevent the friction causing by the move of the wire .

6.Cloth accessory used to close the needle hole .

Melt point:Polyester    100 to 120  degree centigrade  ,110 to 130 degree centigrade  .
           Nylon         85  to 100 degree centigrade ,100 to 120 degree centigrade

Melting conditions:Dry-hot ,moist heat

Adhesion conditions:Stick nylon fiber nylon hot wire should be used,Polyester viscosity should use hot-melt polyester filam
